Donahey, Mary DickersonThe Prince Without a Country New York Barse & Hopkins 1916 Cloth Good No Dust Jacket Illustrated with Six Color Plates Covers are lightly soiled and smudgy; ends of spine bumped and fraying slightly; hinge starting center of book; edges foxing; ffep. inscribed by prev owner. Some pages have small brown smudges in margins not affecting text. Pages are otherwise clean and tight. Cover has color plate tipped in: plate is beginning to chip in a few places, but is otherwise nice, clean and bright. Yellow cloth blocked in red, 125 pp. Six color plates, all in wonderful, bright condition, but the third plate is beginning to separate from book at inner edge. No dust jacket. The book shows handling wear, but for a child's book of its age (published 1916) it is really in nice shape. A lovely, vintage classic from the golden age of children's books. Price:
